Marilyn Leonard has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a licensed REALTOR in 1987 and subsequently extended her knowledge and expertise as a licensed Mortgage Banker in 2000. Over her career, Marilyn has been a multi-year Top Producer and Presidents Club Award winner, nationally ranked top 100 in Mortgage Originator Magazine and most notably nationally ranked #1 female producer in volume and units sold for multiple years. Her background is diversified including new construction sales specialist and sales manager with two award-winning custom builders of nine new home communities over 14 years, plus mortgage team leader of five high-level colleagues for over 18 years. This experience encompassed mortgage purchases and refinancing including FHA, Home Affordable, Jumbo and construction loans giving her unique insights into the mortgage process.

Marilyn has personally helped over 3,200 families and clients including first-time buyers, second home and multi-property investors, to purchase, sell and finance their properties. With the "client for life" philosophy, Marilyn has built her career on past customer referrals as the go-to expert in real estate and financing.
